COVID-19 Updates

We are of course following government advice, with everyone working a minimum of 2 metres from one other. We are practising recommended sanitisation measures as well as regular COVID-19 tests in place for all staff.

New orders are being processed within a maximum of 5 rather than 3 days.

Returns are being held in quarantine for 72 hours, so there is currently a delay in processing these.

We are working with our UK delivery partners DPD to ensure parcels are delivered contact-free to your doorstep. For more information, please click this link to go to the DPD website for a full explanation of their safety measures.

Royal Mail are currently sending parcels to Europe and the rest of the world as normal but please be aware that hold-ups in customs are commonplace everywhere so do please expect delays.

Stock levels are currently low due to COVID related issues. Do however please keep checking as our makers are working tirelessly to replenish out of stock items.

Sadly we are unable to welcome you in the barn to shop but we are pleased to offer a collection service- do please call us to arrange.
