Carrier Company prides itself on sourcing labour and materials as locally as possible. Everything is made by hand in Norfolk, with the large majority of goods produced within 15 miles of Church Farmhouse. Since quality and durability is also fundamental to what we do, we have recently switched to sourcing all our own material. Nowhere is this more important than in the cotton drill we use for our clothing since our rural workwear is increasingly the cornerstone of our company. Our 100% cotton drill is now dyed exclusively for us in England and, crucially, we are now using a heavier 305g per square metre fabric. All this goes to ensure that our clothes last and only improve with age.
